PROBLEM :  I can capture from tape but I can't export to tape

 Error message reads - time line  format can't  be recorded with selected recorder

Details: 

We moved an old media drive to a new machine that has worked fine with my PD170 as a deck. We had to fix some missing files and re render - the whole story seems fine and in tact an plays in the timeline

The footage was shot 16:9 anamorphic, edited as 16:9, and we are now trying to put it back on tape for the TV station.
