I have not seen any Pinnacle device able to capture PAL60

 Apparently the Platinum Dazzle and the DC60+ and the Happauge DVR Recorder (Expensive) can - just to name a few, I was just unfortunately advised badly (I think) Unless Raff_Uy tells me differently.
