Were can i find the drivers and software for this hardware?

Why pinnacle didnt allow users to share this software in a known drivers sharing website??

Becouse of that im spending time searching the content of the cd all over the web, and got none so far.

 I've tried so many versions of TVCenter already! DIdn't detect. The hardware can be detect in other softwares like ChrisTV.

Can someone help me plz.
