Heres the problem, I bought a dazzle platinum today, installed OK. Capturing, at first it wouldn't but now magically does. Tried to install vista drivers, wizard said success windows said fail so I dont know whats going on there.

 Anyways the issue with it is that the preview movie in the edit tab shows no video just sound, heres a pic of what i mean http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/8228/dazzleissue1.jpg it works everywhere else just not this screen.

 Can this be fixed?
