Marc, No news from 27-08 and there is no answer to my problem. Is the Pinnacle lab involved ?????

If Pinnacle is unable to fix the problem, can Pinnacle refund this Video Capture For Mac, or if no other way send free of charge the prograrm Instant DVD Recorder included in your product VHS Saver wich run under Windows XP. The iMAC has the dual boot capability, the Instant DVD recorder must be run under Win XP, this is at least one way, not the way i am expecting, to save all the VHS tapes to DVD , if the hardware Dazzle DVC 130 is able to work with the software Instant DVD Recorder.
