Why offer a feature and not have it working properly?  It's always puzzled me that companies offer something, add it to the product, then when it is not working propperly are slow to fix it if they do at all, and then tell the user to use another product to do the job. (just thinking out loud here)

As for the wmv I could do that if I wanted to spend 5 hours rendering a 1 1/2 hour program.

I'll just burn a DVD and overnight it to the client.
