Vista 64 drivers are now available for Dazzle Creator devices (DVC-100, 101, 103, 107) here.

For best results, you should have installed the Studio 12.1 patch, since there were problems observed with these devices and this OS in 12.0, but those should have all been resolved by the time of the 12.1 release. 

1. Close Studio and unplug your Dazzle Creator device from the USB.

2. Uninstall the Pinnacle Video Driver entry you have installed in Control Panel->Programs and Features. 

3. Install the new Pinnacle Video Driver package.

4. Plug in your Dazzle Creator device.

Please note that these Vista 64 drivers were developed for and tested under Studio 12, and were not designed for use in Vista 64 with Studio 11 or Studio 10.
