i got it installed properly on Vista with the Dazzle driver

i have wasted 5 weeks trying to transfer my 8mm camcorder files ... video is fine but audio is almost inaudible

the bottom line is that Pinnacle Tech Support emailed me to say that THEIR Dazzle DVC170 will not work with THEIR Studio for analog capture and that they couldn't get it to work, either!
