Drives not recognised after 22H2 update

Since 22H2 update no optical drives are being recognised by either PS22,23,24 or 26.

Drives are otherwise working with everything else.

I have not found any other reports of this.

    Anyone else?

OK. So I updated another machine (my laptop) to 22H2 and PS26 works as it should.
So, the issue is with my main desktop machine not PS or 22H2.
I'll try taking it back with some earlier image and see if that works. Otherwise a system reset may be in my future. DOH!

OK. Took it back to an early October image.  Working flawlessly.  Will now put back subsequent programs one at a time, testing and imaging as I go. Phew!

Win11 is not one of my favorite versions. Telemetry gathering is something I am not a fan of. OneDrive forcing everything to it. Most users will just use it since they don't know about these things. I've disabled OneDrive, gone through the telemetry turning off everything.

I agree totally.  Early on I disabled OneDrive completely. I want control of the machine.  The success of the original PC was such that you could have such control but it appears to be diminishing with each OS interation.

And think about how much RAM is being used when you have not loaded any programs.
