Slowing down a clip
I have a clip that I want to slow down by 30%. I have tried Time Remapping but just cannot get it to work because the user interface is so complicated and confusing. How do I just select the whole clip and slow it down? Step by step please.

Re: Slowing down a clip
On Time Remapping, just select/tick the 'stretch' box, go to the Timeline and drag out the end of the clip - the longer you drag it out, the slower it is.

Another method (more accurate) :
apply Stretch mode as explained by petchj
right-click + Adjust duration
set a 30% bigger duration to slow the clip down, or 30% smaller duration to speed it up
