PS24U crash for 4K AVC1 video

Have some problem working with 4k AVC1 video in Pinnacle Studio 24 Ultimate.
Using 'Pan and zoom' to add some keyframes and then the program stops and crash.
Video playback of the source file is lagging but the sound is ok.

Temporary workaround is to export the video to HEVC and work in the 'old' variant of 'Pan and zoom'.
Work in progress with Corel support but adding this if anyone experienced a similar problem.

PS24U crash for 4K AVC1 video SOLVED

Hi again

The problem may be solved now.

I connected a second display and now I can'r reproduce the problem anymore.

In my PC I have a Intel CPU with a intergrated iGPU and a separate graphics card to boost performance.

When only the graphics card is connected to a display there is a problem but when the graphics card and the Intel iGPU

both is connected to a display the problem can not be reproduced.

I got the idea to test this from a note in the support forum regarding performance using iGPU together with a graphics card.
