Yes, I was looking on a 4K Sony TV and I could distinctly see an improvement by exporting to NTSC 29.970 or 30fps. The video I used was the drone moving forward or a grass field. I know that when panning you have to move very slow, otherwise it get jerkey. I could even see the jerkiness on my computer screen, so that's why I tried it on the TV. I also added the video from the Sony camera, but there I did not see any problem with different frame rates. There was nothing moving in that frame more than the drone going forward over a filed. I just wanted to see if there was any difference by adding 2 different cameras and it was no difference at all if I exported in NTSC.
My result seams to be as follows:
Drone video is recording in 4K and 30fps and 100Mbps bitt rate in MP4 and H264. The Sony camera records in 25fps and 4K and 100Mbps and MP4. The time line setting in Pinnacle 24U is 4k regular 2D, 4K and 30fps NTSC. The export setting is XAVC S 4K, 30fps and 100Mbps. All with H264. This gave me a smooth movement video on the TV.
Yes I understand that that fast moving subject or camera movement can be different.
I was just worried that mixing 2 different frame rates would cause more problem, but it luckily did not do this.
Many thanks for all your help and suggestions.
