Stills change colour in the timeline - studio 24 ultimate

Hi All, - when I paste stills into my timeline they change colour making them look very odd. For example the yellows seem to change to shades of green. Any ideas on what the problem is?

It would be nice to add a screenshot. Here is HOW.

Next, make sure that your timeline is not in 3D.....  on the upper left of the timeline toolbar you will see 2 little "gears". Click on them and what is Imaging? If 3D, change it to 2D.

Your post has been caught by the forum software because of the way you tried to insert a picture. I had to edit the HTML code of your message then had to approve it so it got published. Here is how to post an image : http://forums.pinnaclesys.com/forums/thread/326384.aspx

This problem still has not been resolved after many weeks. The technician just keeps asking me to delete and re-load everything, update drivers etc.; standard responses that I have completed quite a few times to no avail. The technician proposed to take over my computer remotely, which seems dangerous to me, but then has not come back again anyway.

If you answer yes, it's 100% sure that it's a matter of 3D setting vs 2D setting of your timeline.

To modify it, click this icon and modify the Imaging value.

I know Tony. But I thought that a visual example would have more punch.

Re: Stills change colour in the timeline - studio 24 ultimate

I know Saby. The OP has not commented or shown a screen shot which was asked for, including a link on HOW to add it to the reply.

They also haven't said if they've tried to see if 3D is active on the timeline in spite of me mentioning it and you providing a screen shot where those little "gears" are.

And then saying the problem still exists shows either a lack of willingness to say they've tried the above suggestions and it didn't work (I strongly think it's 3D) but continue to say the problem still exists.
