Hi,

 We have Pinnacle Studio 11 Plus and Ultimate versions on separate CDs. First question - was it foolish to try to install both versions on the same computer?

Second, problem is when selecting Make Movie and format MPEG-4, it says this feature needs to be activated free and easy, but when clicking on this option - it offers to buy new version with discount. Should it work that way?

You can't install different flavours of Pinnacle Studio on the same PC.

For your keys you can send me a private message providing your PS11 passport number (not your license key) and your registration email address.

Is PASSPORT NUMBER the same as SERVICE ACCESS CODE?

No, it's a 5x5 digits number you can find in the Help menu of PS11.

We have problem with opening MP4 files, it says - Error Opening File. The video file ....mp4 could not be opened. 

 What can cause it? With other formats it works.

Your MP4 must be using a codec that PS11 cdan't handle.
