Does someone know what i must do? I get an error when i try to activate. And i bought Studio 15 ultimate collection on 1 july 2011.

 It says:

 

 To be sure that Studio 15 has the latest components

you have to activate MPEG-4 Encoding/Decoding.  

Activating is free.

So i klick the upper button and then i get:

 

Your session had expired! Please close the browser and try again.

You need to register your pinnacle studio and activate the MPEG-4 through internet. If you keep on getting errors, you need to contact customer support either by phone or internet or maybe someone from customer support will appear in here (but since it is a weekend and a Holiday on Monday, you have to wait until Tuesday). Just be patient and someone will assist you asap.

I also started Studio 15 and klicked on the help button to register my product. And did that.

 

When i do "insert activation key" from the help menu i get an error saying:

 

Invalid activation key - This key is not a pinnacle activation key

For support press help

 

And when i klick help i get a page error saying :

 

This page cannot be found.

I'm also having this issue, I'm going to post a new thread for this since it's 2018 now and likely solutions and issues have changed.

Also having this issue in 2019. I purchased Pinnacle Studio 14, and I've registered it online. But I can't figure out how to activate MPEG-4 Encoding/Decoding. Can someone please help?

Hi, activation keys for old products can be provided by the forum moderators via PM.

I can provide you the activation Keys, but you have to contact me (or another moderator) via PM providing the registration email and the Studio 14 passport number.

The moderators will send those data to the COREL activation keys service and when they will give the keys, you will be contacted via PM with the keys.

You may want to upgrade it but Studio 22 is a lot different than PS15. You may need to have both versions installed until you get used to PS22.

Pinnacle Studio 15 was never tested for Windows 10. 

You may want to try by opening your PS as "run as administrator"

Because Corel never bothered to update the existing webpage for keys regeneration.

I am also having problems with activating MPEG-4 for v14 (Windows 7 Pro) All I get is the IE Pixie window offering me an upgrade. Nothing more happens. I can't shut the pixie window without using the Windows Task Manager. Help!
