mrbluz:So last night when I was shopping for monitors I noticed I can by a 43" 4k tv for less than a 4k 32" monitor. I'm willing to bet there's a good reason people aren't using tv's instead of monitors. Also what would be a good refresh rate? I see most are 60.
If you are sitting at a normal working distance from a 43" or larger TV then you can't take the whole screen in without moving your head, and you will find it a bit overwhelming. You are also undoing the principle that you can't see the individual pixels. Monitors will generally have a better choice of inputs (Display ports rather that just HDMI) and the screen should have better colourimitry and less or no "dead" pixels.
I have a pair of 28 inch 4K monitors side by side, but tend to work with a program in each monitor, or in the case of Studio, I use one for full screen preview and the other for the program
ADDED - sorry for repeating Yann, For some reason that post wasn't there when I opened the thread.
