PS23 exports files nicely to my Samsung Galaxy S2 notebook computer.  But the resulting file won't play.  I've tried a dozen or so file types and options but no joy.  In some cases the file plays fine on my desktop computer but not the NB.  I've downloaded several apps from the Play Store but none accept the PS files exported to MP4. MOV, AVI or other formats.

What is a good codec to use for Android devices - specifically for the one that I'm working with? Or a recommendation for an app for my notebook?

I'll be happy to try stuff or to provide further detail.

Yes -  sorry.  I do have a Galaxy smart phone also.

My notebook - the item of my post - is a Galaxy Tab S2 Model SM-T813 running Android version 7.0 

Reading its specifications, it is supposed to read MP4 files (not MPV or AVI) encoded in H.264.
