Just captured new video and would like to separate/delete the audio that came with the video. Is there a way to do this?

You can either mute the audio or control down the volume depends on what version of PS are you using. 

Thank you. Just found out that once I drop the video onto the timeline, I can right click on the video and delete audio.

Right click and use Detach Audio. It is moved to the track below.

There as special features for this "detached audio" track in the way it behaves to help you keep it with the video should you want to. For example, if you select the video the audio clip is also selected. Click twice (Not a double click) to just select the video.
