Hi all, just installed the soft and it's supposed to have 1800 effects and so on....result is:

-13 2D-3D effects

-2 color effects 

-1 Volume RTFX

-A lot of sound effects 

-0 Transitions 

-0 Titles 

What's wrong here any idea?! Thanks!

Refresh the library.

At the bottom of the Library window on the left, you will see 2 arrows in a circle. Click on that, give it time to rebuild everything.
