I lost my harddrive.  I reinstalled 11 ultimate and 14 ultimate.  When I go to transitions they are there but the picture of the transition is not.  Have to click on each one to look at.  Any ideas why they are not showing up correctly?  Any help would be appreciated.

Depends on what OS you have installed them on.

One of the main causes is the video card updates. They make some transitions not work well.
