I have a new pc. I was running studio 14 on the old one with vista. I need to download 14 to the new pc. I have the Serial No. I cannot find where, on pinnacle website, to download old versions? 

The bad news is that old versions are not downloadable from Pinnacle. They expect you to hold on to the disc or have kept a copy of your download files. Digital River (the download partners in the past) actually expected you to pay for an "extended download period".

One reason given for this is to discourage piracy. S14 is also a 3Gb download, so hosting it isn't trivial either.

Was you version a full one or an upgrade?

Looks like I am being backed into a corner! I think it was an upgrade. I don't have the disc. I might have the download.

If by being backed into a corner you mean forced to upgrade - be very aware the PS is a very different program nowadays.

It is because I might find 19.5 too complicated that I am trying to hang on to 14. Otherwise I might just change to  one of the many free systems. But of course they wan't access my Pinnacle video files.
