dazzle 100

I have a dazzle 100 purchased a good while back I only used 1 time. worked fine. recently got it back out and I can't get it to upload VHS. do I need a support program? I have a Roxio editing program. can't remember how I used it initially.

Of course. You need a software to use this hardware device. If you don't have one, try AM Capture. Free and easy tool.
