I can't see videos

Hello everybody. When I have added some video's to the medialibrary in Pinnacle Studio 15, I can't see the video's in the player and the timeline. I only see a black window. Can someone help me please? Thanks!

What video format are you capturing?

What are your computer specs?

1) Do the Source Video Thumbnails show in the Album & Timeline, as per my Screenshot.of S12 Sample Video.

2) Test with S15's Sample Video. Should be in your Shared Videos Folder.

3) Post a screenshot of your problem. How to do that; HERE.

I just saw that I'm using Pinnacle Studio 16 and not 15...

I add .mp4 video's to the library, but they convert automatically to .avi... This is a screenshot of my problem:
