On my Dazzle Video Creator Platinum DVD 170, I found 2 sets for serial numbers/codes for Pinnacle Studio QS version 10 WW and Instant DVD Recorder.

I successfully installed the Instant DVD Recorder with the serial number that provided.  However, it said "the serial number you entered is not valid" when I did my Pinnacle Studio QuickStart Ver. 10.5.2 with the other set of serial number that given.

How can I get a new set of serial number/code to complete the installation? 

Send a PM to Raff_Uy with your registered email and passport number and he may help you out with your problem. I don't know how long will he take to respond to your email, but have plenty of patience (or maybe jjn might be able to help you too?).

Is your Studio 10.5 an upgrade version or full version?
