Hi,

Not sure if anyone can help me here , but I have Studio version 11 and trying to activate the MPEG-4 encoder/decoder (Free feature) but when i select activate i get a pop up trying to force me to upgrade to version 24.

I'm only and amateur and just trying to convert some of VHS tapes, so i don't really need the latest/greatest.

Is there anything anyone can suggest?

Send a PM to a moderator with your registered email and Studio 14 passport number. 

OMG, I just reinstalled Studio 14 as well because I upgraded the OS and dual booted so I could migrate bit by bit to a 64-bit OS.

 

I have a valid serial number right from the Dazzle HD package on the installation disc. I was banging my head against the wall because I couldn't find a solution to this problem and I have a video to edit.

 

Are you still able to generate new keys, my passport number changed on the new OS install which causes the problem. I have all my info available. Thanks

FYI I tried to post prior to this message  thread earlier and like your average Nubie  I clicked twice on the ol' post button, So I apologize in advance if I've left a string of messages.

Thanks for the quick reply. :D  Will PM asap.   I never got the email, but I did print out the "Thank you for registering" document at the end of the registration process, hopefully that will do.
