HOW TO INCLUDE A SCREENSHOT IN YOUR POST:   SCREENSHOT    1) Press "Print Screen" Key on your Keyboard.   2) Go to: Start / All Programmes /  Accessories / Paint   3) In Paint Window, click on Edit / Paste. Your ScreenShot will appear in Paint Window.    4) Click on File / Save As...    5) Save In Desktop / File Name: ScreenShot / Save as type JPEG    INCLUDE IN POST   1) Click Reply   2) Enter your Text first   3) Click  Options Tab   4) Click File attachment / Add/Update   5) Browse: Desktop   6) Select ScreenShot.jpg   7) Click: Open   8)  Click: Save   9) Click: Post .

Thanks Peter.  Wish I'd known that last night it would have saved some eyestrain and a lot of time.

What's a sticky?

That's when the moderators place a thread which could be of use or interest to many people at the top of the discussion page.  It stays "pinned" in that location so that it can be found easily by all in the future.  It is marked with a stick pin, hence the term "sticky".  Look at the first thread in this discussion called " New Moderator".  That is the only "Sticky" thread in this particular discussion at the moment and I agree that the instructions for attaching screen shots should also be pinned to the top.

We need to continue in your original Thread HERE. Otherwise, it's going to be difficult for me to attempt to resolve your own specific problem.
