After installing Studio 12 and getting the activation key.

When I try to bring in a video clip .mpg or .mod I get this Message Window, Activate Dolby 2CH Encoding/Decoding.  Activation is free, fast and easy.

The window has a button saying  Activate now (using your internet connection).

When I push this button, another window pops up...but nothing ever happens.

Anyone have any ideas on what to do?   I can bring in photos, music, sounds, and sound works on these....just not my videos.

Are you logged on with Administrator privileges? If not, try that.

I got the Dolby Activation Key from the Live Help (Chat)....

So I'm all set now.   Don't know why I couldn't get it from the Activate button online...

But Studio 12 is working with my .mod videos (JVC Camcorder) now so I'm good to go...making movies!
