I have given up with my pinnacle product and have returned it to the retailer as it NEVER worked at all. live chat etc were also very bad at resolving the issue even after 3 months of e-mails.

 

Need to uninstall this stuff completely, but the folder Pinnacle on the Cdrive will not delete. it comes up with error code CSCSaFX.dll. Can anyone help on how to get rid?? thanks

Uninstall it first from control panel.

Run this twice:

REGDELETE PROGRAM
http://cdn.pinnaclesys.com/SupportFiles/Studio11/RegDelete.exe

First for All products and then for User Registration and activation data.

Then delete the folder in safe mode. 

Well thankyou very much. I have now uninstalled this atrocious piece of hardware and all its related software thanks to your help. I have no idea why pinnacle have not given me this link. many thanks prob solved!!

And I almost forgot, do you see the drop down for resolved or not resolved? Maybe they are tracking the threads now. Let's give back something to them
