Hi guys,

 

I now have Pinnacle Media Center 4.8 and I am getting great audio but no video.  I talked to people in the live chat support today and they told me to reinstall the drivers.  I did this multiple times and it never worked.  I can hear the audio great but the screen is black.  The live chat support person told me that I should go to my device manager and under  "Sound, Video, and Controllers" I should have two Pinnacle PCTV things there.  However, I only have one.  I was told that this may be my problem.  However, I have uninstalled and re-installed the drivers multiple times and nothing has worked.  If someone has any idea what the problem is and could let me know I would really appreciate it.

please deinstall 4.8 and install TVCenter Pro 4.98 from here

If that won't help, please go to the homepage of your graficscard manufacturer and download/install the recent driver for your card.

Thank you so much for all your help.  I started with installing the driver for my video card because I have re installed this program a few times before.  This finally fixed my problem.  I am getting great video and great audio.  Thank you for all your help.
