I believe I have the  800e hd pro stick.. The problem I am having is that Windows Media Center cannot find the signal even though I have everything plugged in correctly.  Is there something I am doing wrong?  Thanks

does the Stick work with Pinnacle TVCenter?

It did not work with Pinnacle TV Center so I uninstalled my version in hopes that re installing would help make it work.  However, upon trying to reinstall I realized that I lost the serial number that came with the product so I can no longer download and use Pinnacle TV Center.

I have the exactly same USB stick (800e) and the TVCenter Pro software doesn't find the TV tuner. Also, in Device Manager of XP SP2 32bit it is installed and recognized correctly.

Can somebody help me to make this TV tuner working again?.

It was working nicely before.

I did as instructed, but still no luck.

I will try with updated software and drivers...if still no luck, I will reinstall windows, and start from beginning.  

edit: no luck with updated drives.

I also have a Macbook. Bought Eye TV, known that is supporting this usb stick.

Recognized as PCTV 800e but EYE TV couldnt initialize device tuner.

I believeis not anymore software issue here. 

Tell us what happened if you will reload Windows.

Since you have the full version, you will be supported by El Gato on your Mac.

I reinstalled Windows. Stil the same problem.

It is definitelly hardware issue. Who can give me support for my stick?
