I've run across an effects graphic I need in LE7.2 and discover the Pinnacle logo in front of it.  I haven't seen this for some time and can't remember what I did to get rid of it a couple years ago.  I've used other graphics that show the logo but when it hits the timeline, it's fine.  What have I forgotten??  Thanks in advance!

You do not have the PRO version of HFX installed or you have not run the unlock key if you do. If you have a Pro serial number, you need to install that. Then you need to run the unlock key to unlock all the effects.

As usual, thanks, Lew!  But I faintly recall an online upgrade to HFX Pro when I went to v7 of LE.  Where do I find the version in the program because I can't locate it in the usual spots.

Okay, I thought there was a download when I upgraded to 7.2 and/or the Pro version of LE.  The program files show v6 of Hollywood FX.  Does the Pinnacle site offer a download for the upgrade? 

If you did not get a Big Splash disc with your purchase of Liquid, then you do not have HFX Pro. There is no free upgrade to HFX Pro.

I didn't find any registration for Liquid 7 to the email address used for the forum. Could you send me a private message with the email used for registration and your AL7 serial number to see if I can find any HFX pro registration in your profile
