Working in a wedding project I find out that one of the tapes has the time and date during the all duration of the ceremony. Does anybody knows any effect or plugin to remove, cover or fix this detail.

 You won't be able to remove the date info. It's part of the video now and the best you can do is to cover it up or blur it. 

There are some free plugins available HERE The S10 plugins will work for S11. I don't know if they work with S12. Pick the Studio version you have.

The one you want is called Spot. It defaults to a circle but you can adjust it to a rectangle. You can also adjust the blur, position, size, color, etc. 

There's other similar plugins to these but they may or may not be free. If someone else wants to provide a link to them, you can try them out but I don't know which ones they are off-hand.

 Another trick to consider might be to apply the 2D editor and expand the picture slightly (10-15%) so that the date/time are no longer visible.  You will lose some resolution, but I have done this before with HD footage and it's not too bad....

I already tried that option.

I do not know what type of camcorder was used, but the date/time are closer to the center of the clip.
