    Dazzle DVC100 not working

    Hi there

I installed Dazzle DVC100, I have gone through all the instructions (including installing updates from pinnacle website).

When I start the program, I am able to choose the video source ok (Dazzle 100) (But dont see any picture). I then click "Next" and then I am able to choose my DVD burner ok (Running Vista)  but when I click on "Next", Windows says "Instant DVD Recorder has stopped working" and closes with no other info or solution. I can never get past this step.

Any help would be amazing, thanks in advance

    Welcome to the forum pa28fan.

Please update your profile so we know what system you are running on.  See this link.

Kindly uninstall instant DVD recorder and then install the version 2.0 from this site:

    http://cdn.pinnaclesys.com/SupportFiles/DVDRecorder/PinnacleSystemsInstantDVDRecorderSetup.exe

Start the software in Advance mode. On step number 1, make sure that you are selecting your Dazzle and then click on options.  Check VHS input and click on OK.  On step number 2, prepare the disc first.

If you have a desktop, connect the Dazzle at the back and remove other big USB devices like Printers and Scanners.

    Re: Dazzle DVC100 not working

From your first post, it appears that it errors in Step number 2.  How about choosing hard disk folder and then do the burn.
