I lost my disc., finally got a replacement and also have my serial number emailed to me.  Got the replacement disc., entered the emailed serial number but got the invalid serial number msg.  Yes, I triple check more than once on the serial number, it was entered exactly as what was emailed. How do I resolve this now? Any help is much appreciated.  Thanks.
