    Cannot load heroglyth support-library. Please install the new heroglyth servicepack from http://www.heroglyph.com.

    I tried the link on the site, would not install saying full version installed.

    I tried this and it still did not work.

    ignore this I found the fix it forum which still has not fixed it.
