I recently purchased the Blue Dazzle Video Creator. I'm running Vista, so I knew I had to install the patches to get it running. I downloaded the 'Hardware Installers for Pinnacle and Dazzle video devices (Windows VISTA)', installed it, but when I typed in the Serial code from my original studio 10 installation disc it says it's invalid. I've also tried installing the Studio Vista upgrade, all 1.4GB, but again, no luck with the serial code working.

I'm guessing I need a new code, but where do I get it from?

Nope, no need for a new serial code. No need for the Vista installer as well. Just install the original Pinnacle Quickstart disc that came with the dazzle and install the 10.8 update and you're done.
