Hi

Hope you can help.  All the avi files from various cameras - show up only half of what is there on the preview screen in EDIT MODE. i.e. you can't see the full shot, only the top half of the video - yet it fills the whole screen, ( ie. as if the whole thing was shot with the camera at too high a angle).  All play fine in various media players.

 Any clues?   I'm using Studio 9.4.

That sounds like a "known deficiency" of Studio 9. 

What *usually* works - if you drop the file on the timeline and make no edits -- simply render the file out to another file (e.g. a DV AVI file), then the resulting file should be usable from within Studio.

Does this work with these clips?
