    take a look

Hi just a in house promo for a event coming up at the church. I have to tweak the beginning. I didn't set the mark in at the right spot at the start of the promo so just ignore the revealer that goes by. Just thought I'd get some constructive view points.

give some sound effects when your titles come and goes, and at start when 3 speakers are mixed give bit original sound.

Looks great!!  The only thing I can think to add are the names of the speakers.  I have seen at least one of them, but their names escape me.

BTW, what software/plugins did you use besides Liquid?

    Re: take a look

    I like it a lot

How did you do the film-running-looking pip's at :07?  Very cool.

    Are those moving crops?

How would a couple of quick flash-zooms work for each speaker with the 2D Editor?  As they're speaking, they could jump from the original wide to a more tightly framed face.

Very powerful piece anyway.  They oughta love it.

    Re: take a look

    Thanks for the nice comments.

Everything was done in Liquid no extra plugins, I don't have any so I really have to rely on the filters.

The 0:7 pip was done with three clips of the speaker cropped at different points from right and left sides. I got it from a  toturial for after effects on either videocopilot.net or creative cow. You can pick up alot just by watching these.

I will try the other suggestions as soon as I get a chance. I didn't put the names of the speakers only because it was a in house promo but really they should be on there.

Looked good overall.  I think there was a digital juice animation at start and end but other than that looked very good for being done in Liquid w/o any other apps.

    Re: take a look

that was a Digitial Juice revealer. They have them going for $9.95 right now I believe. It has 100 revealers to play with. This is a really good deal. digitaljuice.com.
