I have a Q from a frind of mine. He just have bought Studio 10.5. But he has  a problem. After entering Serial Number, Studio are running. But when he start again, after a restart of the computer, the Serial Number are disappeerd !!!  So he has a serius problem. What to do ??

Where did the serial number disappear from? What happens when Studio is launched?

 

My friend says, that after entering Serial Number in Help - next time he start up, seriel number are gone. So he can't start up without entering Serial Number again. So he had to enter serial number, everytime he start Studio.

That's what he had told me.

- He said, that after entering Serial Number and restart of the computer, he got a message saying, that he now has 27 days left of his trial periode. He has got confermation from Pinnacle, that he is registrated.

Please ask your friend to send me a PM through this forum including the ff:

Studio Serial number (in all caps)
Email used for registration
Passport number

Take a screenshot of Studio showing that it is asking for a serial number. Then send it to me.

Do you have Studio 10.5 Plus Upgrade? or is it a full version standalone version?

First I was using Studio Plus trial, ver. 10.5, but later I have downloaded Studio Plus 10.6 Titanium edition.

This is what I have downloaded. (file name)
Download StudioPlusTE10[1].6.0.3835 now.exe

Try removing all versions of Studio from your computer and using regdelete after.

Download the REGDELETE program, click on the link below for the REGDELETE program, after downloading run the REGDELETE program and choose STUDIO 10 on the product, try it about two times, then restart.

Then, Run the REGDELETE program again and instead of choosing all product choose the USER REGISTRATION and ACTIVATION DATA.

You dowload Regdelete here.

Then reinstall StudioPlusTE10[1].6.0.3835 now.exe in safe mode.

I have now followed your instructions 100%... Nothing is different. When I started the Studio Program I got this message:

"This is a trial version available for 30 days. Currently you have 16 day(s) remaining before the program ends. To purchase a license for this program, please click on the 'Buy' button below."

Can you pay my 99,99 € back? I don't believe that we ever can get it this to work.
