Pas de visualisation de ma video - Ecran noir et pas de son

Bonjour a tous,

Je viens d'acheter Instant DVD Recorder avec DAZZLE DVC100 et, en me connectant a ce forum, je me suis rendu compte que beaucoup de monde avait eu le meme probleme que moi. C'est a dire pas d'image ni de son dans l'ecran de Instant DVD recorder lorsque je fais demarrer mon magnetoscope.

J'ai lu toutes les situations de ce forum et il me semble que j'ai tout bon au niveau des connections:

- Connection a mon magnetosocpe (AKAI VS-G740) par un adaptateur de peritel en position Output (avec les 3 fiches blanche, rouge et jaune) et au boitier Dazzle par les 3 fiches

- Connection du boitier Dazzle a mon PC par USB. Configuration de mon PC: XP Professionnel SP3 avec Pentium Dual Core CPU E6300@2.80GHZ

Tout me semble bon au niveau connection.

J'ai vu que quelqu'un avait resolu son probleme en changeant ses cables RCA.. Je peux essayer ca..

En attendant j'ai une question.

1. Faut il demarrer l'ordinateur avec Dazzle deja branche a la prise USB ou bien ca n'a pas d'importance

2. la notice dit de relier le boitier a un port USB 2.0.... Quand je branche ma prise USB le PC me dit que si j'avais une prise USB 2.0 ca irait plus vite. Donc j'en deduis que je n'ai pas une prise USB 2.0 (pour un PC tout neuf c'est dur.. Il va falloir que j'en parle a mon vendeur..) ... Est-ce que cela pourrait suiffire pour creer mon probleme de visualisation de ma cassette VHS dans l'ecran de Instant DVD Recorder.

Bonjour,

j'ai fait un essaie de quelques minutes pour mettre une K7 VHS sur mon disque dur et le son est décalé de 2/3 secondes.

J'ai branché le boitié dazzle sur la télé avec un cable 3X RCA car sur le magnétoscope ça ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Sur l'aperçu du logiciel, j'obtien une image en couleur qui saute de temps.

Pour le cable RCA je n'ai branché que la fiche jaune et blanche.

ho un problema su smartsound sulla versione studio 12 ossia dopo aver fatto l'upgrade da studio 11 (dove funzionavano egregiamente) a studio 12 , su quest'ultimo non funzionano:

Nonostante ho riletto nei vari post del forum i vari consigli per farli funzionare (installare quicktime e quicktrack, cosa che chiaramente ho fatto) mi dice di inserire il cd di installazione (ma ho inserito entrambi, sia quello di studio 11 e successivamente l'upgrade del 12) ma mi dice sempre per entrambi "ARGOMENTO NON VALIDO".

Qualche consiglio ulteriore?????

Chiaramente sul mio computer (con s.o. vista) stò mantenendo entrambre le versioni.

Gestione Memoria S14 con Windows7

Attualmente uso Pinnacle 12 con Vista Mome Edition. Ho un PC Intel Core 2 Quad (2.6MHz) con 6GB RAM e 512GB VRAM. Come noto Vista non vede piu' di 3.2GB RAM e quindi i rendering di filmati lunghi sono ...eterni (per me un filmato lungo sono 80-90.000frames, ricchi di effetti vari). Come scritto in questo forum, sto considerando di passare a S14, non fosse altro che per tenere il mio SW allineato all'evoluzione di prodotto. Vorrei pero' sapere se qualcuno lo ha già provato con Windows 7 e sopratutto se il problema della memoria viene sorpassato e potro' finalmente usare pienamente i miei 6GB RAM. Inoltre, passando da 512 a 1GB VRAm, avete idea di quanto potrebbe migliorare l'attuale situazione? Grazie.

Qualcuno ha acquistato in Internet, di recente, un telo chromakey verde di buona qualità ?

Sto cercando un telo di 4-5 metri per 3m circa per fare riprese ad un gruppo musicale. I primi risultati che ho ottenuto con il telo incluso in Pinnacle 11 mi hanno entusiasmato ma 180 x 150cm sono pochini, anche per un solo musicista. Adesso vorrei passare a Pinnacle 14 ed ho visto che anche qui propongono un kit con un altro telo delle dimensioni di quello che già ho. Mi domando se unendoli poi si veda nelle riprese e quindi in alternativa valuterei l' acquisto di un telo grande. anche il sito Pinnacle vende solo il telo piccolo....Grazie.

I'm trying to install this DVD on a fresh Win7-64 pc. Is this a common problem (again)? Is this error because I didn't install a previous version? I have version 7 and a upgrade to 9. The message is on both my desktop and laptop.

5.1 cams not a gimmick; They work extremely well

I was asked in another thread whether or not these 5.1 surround cams were not just a gimmick. They are not at all. In fact they work extremely well given the rather small on-board mic systems. Firstly they produce true dolby surround files (ac3) and are certified by Dolby labs (at least the sony cams are) They also shoot at 24 bits (as opposed to 16 bits) at 448kb/s.

You can also enhance the 5.1 experience even further with the Sony ECM HW2 wireless mic. It's a blue tooth wireless mic that can act as a normal wireless mic, or it can act as a CENTER CHANNEL mic on a surround cam. (it also comes with built in 2 way communication so the cam operator and the subject can talk to each other on or off camera)

Without the center channel mic the 5.1 experience is reasonably good. The cam operator's voice comes more from the rear than from the front and quite the opposite with the subject. Left and right seperation is also far better than the average on-board stereo mic.

With the center channel mic that 5.1 experience is nothing short of amazing! The cam operator's voice more on the rear, the subject on the center, and ambient on the surrounds. People ask how it's done and I have no idea how Sony is doing it. But then on the other hand humans only have 2 ears and we can perceive depth/direction as well.

The attachment is the raw (untouched) AC3 from an SR11 cam simply imported and dropped on the time line. (There was a HW2 mic used in this sample) You will note that all tracks are slightly different indicating that each track has recorded something slightly different from the other and are not just copies of one another.

Habe als externe Soundkarte das FAST TRACK PRO der AVID Tochter M-Audio.

Mikrofonaufnahmen mit Studio sind prinzipiell möglich und gut.

Warum kann in den Studio Setups unter Audio Voreinstellungen zwar das FAST TRACK PRO Gerät als Mikro eingestellt werden, aber bei den "Kanälen" nur max. 16 bit ?

Das Gerät kann aber mit 24 bit betrieben werden und wurde deshalb gekauft !

Pinnacle Studio 14/How well will it work with my comp. specs

I was thinking of purchasing Pinnacle Studio 14 for some basic HD video editing. Using video shot with a Canon VIXIA HF S100 HD that records AVCHD to SD Flash Memory. Basically all I'm doing is compressing video enough to upload and share on my Vimeo account...nothing fancy just convert AVCHD to MP4/1280x720/30-40 minute clips/upload file less than 1GB in file size. Used the trial version of Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9 to convert this video: http://vimeo.com/7639172 Tried the trial version on the of Adobe CS4 on the q6600, it was extremely choppy. I am an amateur, this is my first experience using a video camera...purdy cool stuff...I like it!

I have two computers thought I'd ask if someone could tell me which one would run app better and what render times can I expect? The 35 minutes sample video linked above took about 2 hours and 20 minutes to render in Sony Vegas on the Q6600 machine.

Computer 1:

XFX 680i LT mobo; C2Q Q6600 @ 2.4 GHz; 4mb DDR2 800 Ram; Visiontek ATI 4870 GPU; Vista 32 bit

Computer 2:

Asus P5Q Pro Turbo mobo; Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0GHz; 2mb x1 DDR2 1066 ram; PNY 9800GT GPU; Windows XP Pro 32 bit

Version 9 - what came with PLUS edition? (activation issue)

Hello,

I have both Studio 9 Plus and Studio 12 Plus on seprarate machines. The "Studio 9" machine has sat for some time ( a few years). Recently I swapped in some more up to date hardware and now the previously activated effects are locked. My question is with the "PLUS" version of Studio 9 did everything unlock once the codes were entered? I don't recall any of the transitions or effects being locked once I activated.

Anyway, my serial number and Passport number remained the same but the only thing that unlocked was the MPEG decoder. If there are say..., 12 HFX transitions on a page maybe the bottom 4 or 5 are locked. Is this correct for the PLUS version? Frankly, it has been so long, I just can't recall.

I re-registered the product (who can remember email addresses from long ago) and it gave me a new Passport number that did - nothing. It was NOT accepted. This Passpport number is similar to my Studio 12 Plus number. Frankly because I have two versions registered I'm getting the impression Pinnacle is confusing the two versions and I'm getting bad numbers for the product.

So, to summarize:

1. In Studio 9 PLUS did all the effects unlock once the activation code was retrieved (I recall so)?

2. Can I accidentally be getting version 12 numbers for my version 9 product?

ich hätte eine frage zu einem alten aber guten Produkt: Der Capture Card DV500:

Im Moment habe ich sie unter XP SP3 laufen. Aber ich möchte mal auf W7 umsteigen. Nun zur Frage: Weiss jemand ob die DV500 auch unter W7/64 lauffähig ist?

Oder nur mit der 32 Bit Version? Oder muss / kann ich sie in einer VM unter XP laufen lassen? Wie sieht das mit den Treibern aus?

Möchte sie nur ungern ausmustern, da sie sehr gute Ergebnisse beim digitalisieren von VHS Bändern (Y/C) liefert.

This is Toolbar, kind of like the one on Macs, that you can drag and drop as many app, folder or link icons into that you want, Lock it ande It hide it, it shrinks and grows on mouseover... really quite amazing and useful. Great interface controls. I've been using it for a long time now with no problems. It's presently up and running beautifully on my new Windows 7 installations as well. Also tons of really nice free down loadable .png icons available as well.

Studio 12 Spunta mancante sulle scene

Perchè con Studio 12 plus non appaiono più i segni di spunta sulle scene usate per il filmato?? . Mentre sulle immagini (foto) usate ci sono. Ho disinstallato il programma e installato nuovamente, ma non si è risolto il problema. Ringrazio chiunque mi sa dare un suggerimento in merito.

Problème avec le firmware 01.00.46.03 pour Pinnacle Video Transfer

Bonjour,

J'ai acquis il y a peu une PTV et j'avais comme certains des soucis de désynchro ente l'image et le son.

Ce problème est apparu après 5/6 enregistrements.

J'ai voulu mettre ne place le dernier firmware, or il se trouve que ce firmware bloque les enregistrements au bout d'un certain temps,

personnellement j'ai constaté le soucis au bout de 15 minutes, et de plus sur le disque dur, des fichiers MP4 et MUX vide ont été créés.

J'ai remplacé ce firmware par précédent, le 01.00.46 , et là les enregistrements fonctionnent sur une plus longue durée ( là je l'ai laissé tout la nuit ).

Pour ce qui est des sacades, je ne sais pas si ça sera résolu, mais je pense que le disque dur peut y être pour quelquechose, là je l'ai reformatté en FAT32, et pas en rapide, en normal.

je verrai bien ce soir.

Peut être qu'un nouveau firmware serait utilise non ?

Surtout pour un produit encore en vente, et en plus à 120 euros.

Ne pourriez-vous pas faire remonter le soucis aux hautes instances de Pinnacle?

Problem mit PCTV 310e

Hallo,

ich habe mir das Gerät 'Pinnacle PCTV 310e' zugelegt als ich noch mit Windows XP gearbeitet habe. Vor einem Jahr hab ich mir nun einen Vista-PC zugelegt und mir ist eingefallen das ich dieses PCTV noch habe. Also tat ich die 'PCTV MediaCenter' CD rein. Die ersten 2 Versuche hat es gar nicht zum istallieren funktioniert (bei ca. 90% gehängt) doch dann nach Treiber(rest) löschungen usw. hat es dann zum installieren geklappt. Übrigens steht auf der CD nur XP

Nun stecke ich das Gerät an das Analog-TV Kabel an und an das USB-Kabel von meinem Drucker (der mit diesem läuft). Blaues Licht am Gerät das bedeutet das es eingeschaltet ist und Strom hat. Nun starte das Programm 'MediaCenter' und eine Meldung erscheint "No TV Devices are available for playback". Neu gestartet. Nichts hat sich geändert.

Auch der Treiber wird beim Geräte-Manager aufgeführt.

Mein System: Core 2 Duo 2.5GHz | 4GB RAM und weiteres in der Klasse.. Vista Home premium 32Bit SP2

Jetzt bitte ich jemanden mir zu helfen auch wenn niemand bisher dieses Problem hatte (erfahrungen mit anderen Geräten usw)

The odd hiccup using S14

After using my newly aquired Studio14 for several days now I am finding it relatively stable. There is the very odd time when I have had a freeze but by using Task Manager and re-introducing Studio14 it has returned to where I left off, without losing anything........I think that is fantastic compared to some software I've used.

Yes I am extremely happy with Studio14 and I would happily recommend this system to anyone who loves to edit and expects a high standard without too many complications like Premiere for example..............Well done Pinnacle.....and Avid ofcourse.

AJA-Support under Windows 7-64bit?

Because of the Dongle problem, Liquid Chrome Xe only runs in Demo mode, while the output via AJA Xena LHe works fine. The question is, whther it would be possible to install Liquid 7.2, which registers fine under Windows 7, and add this part of the installation of Chrome Xe which interfaces with AJA Xena LHe. If this would be possible, one could perfectly use the Xena LHe for life output. Did anybody tried this?

PROBLEMA CON AUDIO

TENGO INSTALADO EN LA PC WINDOWS XP 64 BITS, DUAL CORE Y MEMORIA SUFICIENTE 6 GHZ;

ACABO DE INSTALAR STUDIO 12 ULTIMATE Y REPORTO EL SIGUIENTE PROBLEMA.

AL CAPTURAR VIDEO Y AUDIO DE UNA FUENTE DE ORIGEN BETACAM,

EN EL MOMENTO DE LA CAPTURA APARECE UN RUIDO EXTRAÑO

EN LA CAPTURA DEL AUDIO, APARECE UN RUIDO EXTRAÑO MUY PARECIDO A INTERFERENCIA, EL VIDEO ES CAPTURADO SIN PROBLEMAS.

PROBE EN UNA MAQUINA DE 32 BITS WINDOWS XP Y ESTE PROBLEMA NO APARECE, TODO ES NORMAL

PODRIAN AYUDARME EN LA SOLUCION DE ESTE CASO.

IR Blaster and Win 7, x2 STBs

I have a duel boot system with Vista sp2 and Windows 7, my Pinnacle IR Transceiver has both A & B IR blasters with two STBs (Comcast DC50x).

When I boot to Vista sp2 everything works fine.

When I boot to Windows 7 they don't work.

Under Win 7 I have tried all three options:

Auto- it detects my remotes OK, but won't change the channel. The channel numbers show in the onscreen disply (both Win7 & STB), but the channel never changes.

Select from a list- I only see one code for Comcast. The channel number only shows onscreen for Win7, not for STB and channel does not change.

Learn my remote codes- works, but channel numbers show for Win7 ok, but STB shows example: key in channel 62, it shows 6, then 2, then 22 and channel never changes.

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem before my 30 day grace period is over? I have nagged Microsoft Answers and they are now deleting my posts and sent me here (nice job of passing the buck).

strange menu problem

Not sure if this is in the right section but here goes.

I am using Pinnacle 14 ultimate collection to make a dvd of my clips.I have used studio 9 and 11 in past and not had a problem i just cannot work out what i am doing wrong.

Basically i have 8 videos short videos. I have put them all into one project i have made a simple motion menu from a title which has 8 thumbnail buttons that i wanted to be motion thumbnails so that a viewer can click on motion thumbnail and watch clip and it returns. I know how to insert chapters and the return.

My first problem is

The background is black on the motion menu (which i want ) however when i add the first chapter the background goes grey i would say 333333 colour and the first thembnail appears. ( dont understand why it changes to grey ) I have tried solid colour background even used a black image background ????

My second main problem is

My clips have a 2 second blank intro followed by a text title then the clips starts. On previous versions these titles would play in the motion menus however on 14 i cant get them to work at all. Only works if i start on a video part.

Any help would be great as i feel im going around in circles.
