How do I get this X removed from my video?  It might be an add-on purchase but I don't see how to buy or how to remove.

What version and flavor of Pinnacle Studio are you using ?

NB FX are no longer part of PS24. Were PS23 already present on the same PC at the time of PS24's installation.

I had PS22 and jumped to PS 24. I never owned PS 23.  So sad to have it sitting on the software but not able to use it without the X showing.  I hope that one day they will consider a patch or changing to have it in future. 

 

 

So you gave me an idea and it worked.  I'm leaving it here for people who might have the same problem.

 I still had my PS 22 Ultimate on my desktop.  I loaded my saved video, edited in PS 24 Ultimate into the 22 Ultimate.  Red X was completely gone.  I just exported it from PS 22 Ultimate and problem solved.

For some people the transition from PS22 or 23 to PS24 work and they don't have the watermark. For others there is the big cross.
