 I'm French and I live in Spain and  my english is bad.... ; I hope you could understand me, could you help me to  resolve my problem?

I bought Pinnacle 24 ultimate and when I put videos in piste A/V1 and I put play I don't see the video on the time line? I can't work  !!

Have you got an idea how repear it?
