When I select Titles in the Library, none show up in the list (See screenshot https://ibb.co/j8rDVZW - as you can(not) see, the Title library appears empty).

What is weird is that I randomly get content appearing there. If I open several tabs in the library, I sometimes get the list of titles briefly flashing when switching tabs before disappearing.

I tried reinstalling and repairing with no effect. I also tried disabling graphical hardware acceleration, but it didn't solve the issue either.

 

Any idea on what I could attempt next ?

Have you used the Refresh button in the Library? (it looks like you have, as it's greyed out in your screenshot, but worth asking)
