Hello, I  putting together a set of video clips mostly from phone videos sent to me. These are Mov files. I also have some clips from a Sony camcorder that are mpeg 2 These seem to be ok so far on a quick test with a couple of the clips. The aim is to produce a video that can be uploaded to a Facebook account. 

How do I produce a video file that can be uploaded to Facebook from Studio 14 ? 

Heres hoping someone can help me

Hi thanks for the reply. the link mentions Youtube not Facebook do those details apply to Facebook as well? Also I would like to know what would be the maximum size file I can upload to FB and what format should I make the movie in? I usually make dvds of movies I produce and have so far never needed to make one as a file for uploading

Thanks Saby. I have had a look at that. There are a wide range of formats what would you recommend I use? Also I couldn't see any info about what is the largest file size I can use?  Any ideas on that please?
