I have Pinnacle Studio for Dazzle version 23.2.0.78 (64 bt) and have converted >40 VHS tapes to digital with acceptable results. Recently, I am experiencing a static noise and very jumpy video when I plug in the Dazzle unit and capture a VHS tape to digital file. The static sound does not capture on the digital file but the video is very jumpy. Has anyone experienced this problem? If so, solutions?
