I can't activate MPEG decoding and encoding, I'm having the same issue as this thread http://forums.pinnaclesys.com/forums/thread/480980.aspx the activate now button always brings me to a pop-up from Pinnacle saying resource not found. Can I just download the encoding/decoding somehow? This activation process seems to be impossible. I use Pinnacle Studio 15 HD Ultimate. The activation page appears to say that the resource im looking for has been removed or name has changed or something else. How can I ever edit videos again if this activation pop up happens with literally every video format I try to give it. 
Thanks if you can help. Since it's 2018 I don't know if things like issues and solutions are different or not. Please help I've been trying to get this pop up to work for years!
