DVC100 not working on Windows 10

I'm getting no video on Studio 18 Importer with my DVC100. It show a green screen.

I've tried diferent usb ports (2.0 and 3.0) on my system (Ryzen 7 1700, Asrock X370, 16Gb of RAM). Both drivers are installed, Audio and Video Devices.

It works on an old AMD computer with windows 7.

Does this card work on the latest build of windows 10?

Any sugestions to get it work?

Try your device with Captureflux : http://paul.glagla.free.fr/captureflux_en.htm

Then either you have a driver issue or a hardware issue.

I guess not since Windows 10 automatically updates your graphic card and may cause some issues. You can still use Windows 7 to capture and edit on Windows 10.

It's software, something related to windows 10.

Yesterday I just installed Windows 7 on my PC in a different Hard Drive to test it and the video input worked.

When installing old PS programs or drivers on Windows 10 it is best to use "Run as Administrator" for best results.

If you have a large HDD over 500 GB you can partition it and install W7 and W10 into it so you can just switch the OS when needed.
