All clips display at 133% of their size

Greetings users.  I've changed something accidentally that has not happened in the 8 years I've been using Liquid.

All my video clips on both the timeline and the clip viewer display (it appears to be global to Liquid)

are at about 133%, meaning 1/3 of the clip around the outside

edges is cut off (and the clip is enlarged by 1/3).  I also notice a little red border around the clip viewer.

I've obviously changed something accidentally, but

reloading liquid does not resolve the problem.   The clip icon views have the correct size, so something

in liquid knows the correct size.

I bet someone out there knows the appropriate software switch to fix this.

Or, can I somehow convince liquid to reset to all its factory defaults?

    Any help would be appreciated.

     Many thanks,

     -Craig

p.s. I know this sounds like an Overscan issue, that is exactly what it acts like, and it was the 1st thing I thought of,

but engaging the overscan makes the issue worse, not better. It's like my baseline size is in overscan mode even though

    overscan is not engaged.
