I just finished installing the Windows 10 Beta version (I don't know what number it is by now) and downloaded all updates and did a test on the following programs I have and the results I got too. Note: I have not done a complete test yet on all versions of Studio yet. I am using an old desktop computer (Dell XPS 600, 32 bit OS with the NVidia update 314.07)

Pinnacle Studio 9 and 9 Plus won't install on Windows 10. I got too many errors and could not continue. I also believe the earlier versions won't install at all.

Pinnacle Studio 9 (Quickstart) did install (using administrators rights) with only minor issues but continued anyway and everything seems to be working well. All transitions were working too.

Pinnacle Studio 10 (I don't know yet)

Pinnacle Studio 11, 12 and 14 were also installed without any problems.

Pinnacle Studio 15 (not sure yet but believe it will also be installed without problems)

I got too tired to continue doing tests because I took almost half a day updating this computer.

Phase I

Connected my old camcorder into computer (Panasonic AGDVC60) and computer recognized the camera without problems by using the Firewire port installed in my computer.

Captured a one hour video using Pinnacle Studio 12 (without the patch) and capturing was a success. No dropped frames during capture.

Con: After trying to go back into the edit mode, the program stopped responding. Had to close program by using task manager

NOTE: I am capturing SD videos since I don't own an HD camcorder right now. 

Phase II

Same as Phase I except installed Pinnacle Studio 12 Patch (12.1.3).

Capturing went smooth without dropped frames or errors.

After capturing went to edit mode.Took a few minutes to get into the edit mode but no problems at all.

Editing will be done sometime later on. 

Phase III

Captured video using Pinnacle Studio 9 (Quickstart) and Studio 14. Everything went smoothly without any problems at all. I also placed some small clips into the timeline for Pinnacle Studio 9 (Quickstart) {with patch} and no crashes nor anything else happened to the program. All effects are working well too without any problems.

NOTICE: Since my Dell XPS 600 Desktop computer is kind of old, I just noticed that I have no audio speakers for this program (Windows Technical Preview) and have to find a download for my audio. I cannot hear any audio at all. My tests for this computer will now be the end until I find a solution for the audio.

UPDATE: Yesterday I downloaded and installed the audio driver for my computer and now I can hear the audio in the videos. Back in service again.

As per this date all tests for Windows Technical Preview will end because the program will expire on April 15, 2015. Now I have to wait to update to Windows 10 when released this Summer.

You must still be running an old version - according to what I read in several places build 9926 onwards have an expiry date of at least 1st October 2015...

I just preferred to remove it since I never used it too much. I will still upgrade to W10 once released.
