I am new user V12 , Please need you help . After up date V12.1 every times I  open Pinnacle   a small window show up that Display Adapter driver warning  R 82915G/GV910GL Express

cheap set family . And if you know where should I down load to up date please help link  some where ?.

Have you made sure your version of Windows is up to date with Windows Update? It is important to keep as much of the machine upto date as possible, try it and let us know what happens!

Yes,  my PC always up to date that why I wonder ? .  this is Pinnacle detect  and show up in every time I open to Pinnacle  edit . Check in my PC it has the same driver and the same number .

 will see what happen next . Oh  I  wonder do you know how to get Video image  from

the window Media  player  in to Pinnacle V12.1 ? I tried to burn to DVD but it not working . The main

idea I want to export from  Media player into Pinnacle . I save that image from other program

and save it in my document  but, when  I open Pinnacle and link in to my document

it is does not show in there.      Sorry is  not Real player

Sorry I do not use Real Player, do you still have the original footage on camera somewhere? perhpas you could re- import it using Studio?

When you say "Video image" do you mean some video movie or a single image?
Can you tell us where this Video image came from, was it from a video camera or from some other place?
What type of file is it? Is it AVI, Mpg,jpg or some other kind?

I think that you will have to give us some more information about your computer also

week all I am trying do is to get Export file from Heroglyph 2.5 in The proDAD Pinnacle ,

I called them to unlock yes, is done  but I am unable to export the Name or title  I create and the image in to Pinnacle to  edit . Now I am Mix up with the one that I down load for

trail( Heroglyph 2.5 )  from Digital River . Because every time I  click on export they asking

about License so I am Stuck . All I love the most with that program is The Title  FX

I could use my first language but, this Title FX I am not quite sure where they come form yet ?

help me to clear this out .   I am a new user want to learn more about it but my English not good to write .. .

In the past

week all I am trying do is to get Export file from Heroglyph 2.5 in The proDAD Pinnacle

If you have Heroglyph 2.5 Studio Plugin & NOT the Standalone & have Plugged into Heroglyph from within Studio & now want to Plug back again into Studio, you Click on the Plug symbol, not Export, in Heroglyph. Export is only for Heroglyph Standalone, Rendering in Heroglyph to a selected Video File Type, which you woud then Import (Not Plug-back)  into Studio. 

If you are French Canadian & French is your 1st Language, Declic Video is French & has a French Version on his Website & is a Heroglyph Expert. I'm sure I've seen Posts from you on the English Version of Declic's WebSite? .

I am sorry I have not replied before as I am not able to get to my computer much at the moment.

What Colour said is the best advice, you should be able to contact Declic Video (DV), which might make the conversation easier for you.

From your post I understand that you have started your Heroglyph program through Pinnacle, if this is correct then when you have finished making your Title Fx you will have to use the plug symbol to take it back into Pinnacle as Colour has said in his post to you.

You might want to check your motherboard's manufacturer's website. They might have a better driver for your integrated graphics card.

Yes, the window up date all the time . Right now I click check mark on the small window

that pop up all the time when I open Pinnacle to ( NOT SHOW UP ) and it is seemed to be 

quiet now nothing show up no more .Will see I do not have time to bring to the computer shop yet .

Yes, for now Marc P . I thing this computer it has been long time now , Since I have 

Pinnacle Version  8 , 9 . 10.8 now 12.1 some day I have to change will see how long

this problem will be happen ? .

I have just keeping up date with you about  my ( Display Adapter ) there are nothing occur to me yet . Now I am still working on a new projects and I using with  Heroglyph 2.6 Title .

It is a lot of things to me to learn how to use with Native language   . I love this Pinnacle , Heroglyph  I never ever tire of it I could Spence my time 4, 5 up to 12 Hours  with out break time .

And would like learn more and more .

Oh ! Marc P. I wonder about Version 14 up grade , if I up grade from 12 to 14 do I going to lost all the( Hollywood FX Volume# 2  I bought form Pinnacle) and  declic-video-fx ? and the keys lock from Pinnacle and Heroglyph ?

I'm happy to learn that you are enjoying Studio.  It has been a fun experience for me so far. A lot of challenges, but overall very satisfying.

About your question above. I'm not sure about declic-Video-FX but you should get information about that on their website (along with TONS more useful information about editing). Other 3rd party effects will be unlocked, read more about it in this article.

I am using  Panasonic AG-DVX 100A

This cam Records in 24P Mode. But I don't know how that would affectS12.1's DVD Export. I mention it just in case it does, for an expert re: 24P (Which I'm not), to comment.   

Can you try the sample footage of Studio 12 , output it to automatic quality see how it turns out.
